Terms of Service
Effective date: 12 August 2026
These terms apply to veyrivo.com and to the services provided by Veyrivo.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website, submitting your information, booking a call, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the services.
2. Who we are
Veyrivo is a sole proprietorship operated by Muhammad Abdullah, based in Pakistan. References to "Veyrivo," "we," "us," and "our" mean that business.
3. Services provided
Veyrivo provides AI receptionist and related communication automation services, which may include automated answering of inbound telephone calls, caller qualification, appointment booking, SMS confirmation and follow-up, call routing and escalation to a human, and connection to a client's calendar and customer management systems.
All services are subject to availability and to our assessment of whether a prospective client is a suitable fit.
These terms are not a service agreement. The scope of work, fees, payment terms, length of engagement, service levels, and data processing obligations for any client are set out in a separate written agreement between Veyrivo and that client. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement takes precedence.
4. Your responsibilities
By using this website and our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information when completing forms
- Use the website and services only for lawful purposes
- Not abuse, spam, overload, probe, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system we provide
- Not use our services to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications
5. Client responsibilities for call handling
Where Veyrivo answers calls on a client's telephone lines, the client remains responsible for that telephone line and for compliance with the laws that apply to its business and to the people who call it.
That includes, without limitation, responsibility for ensuring that:
- Any recording, monitoring, or transcription of calls is lawful in every jurisdiction where the client operates and where its callers are located
- Callers receive any notice, disclosure, or consent request required by law, including any requirement to disclose that a call is being recorded or that the caller is speaking to an automated system
- The client holds any consents needed for the messages sent to its customers on its behalf
Veyrivo will configure the call announcement a client requests and will share what we know, but we do not provide legal advice and clients should take their own advice on these obligations.
6. Configuration accuracy
Our systems answer callers using information the client supplies — services, pricing rules, service area, hours, availability, escalation rules, and what the client treats as an emergency.
Clients are responsible for the accuracy of that information and for telling us when it changes. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by information that is out of date or incorrect at the time it was given to us.
7. Email and text messaging
We correspond with you by email. If you book a call, confirmations and reminders are sent by email. You may unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time.
Veyrivo does not currently send text messages from its own number. Where the services send text messages on behalf of a client, those messages are sent using the client's own registered messaging number and under the client's own consent arrangements. The client is responsible for obtaining and maintaining that consent and for complying with the rules that apply to it.
8. Third-party tools and availability
We rely on third-party infrastructure to deliver our services, including voice processing, telephony, calendar, hosting, and customer management providers. Their performance is outside our control.
We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or that every call will be handled correctly. Automated systems can misunderstand a caller. Clients should keep a human fallback in place for calls the system cannot handle.
9. Intellectual property
The website, its content, and the systems, prompts, configurations, and workflows we develop remain our property, except for content and data supplied by a client, which remains theirs.
Nothing on this website transfers any ownership or licence to you except the right to view the site for your own business purposes.
10. Data protection
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. No guarantee of results
We make no promise about the number of calls answered, appointments booked, customers gained, or revenue produced. Results depend on factors specific to each business, including call volume, service area, pricing, availability, and how the client's own team responds.
Any statement about outcomes on this website is a description of what the system does, not a guarantee of a result.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veyrivo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or lost opportunities, arising out of or connected with the website or the services.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
This does not affect any right you may have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country in which you live.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the website or the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
